Leslie D. Scofield is a powerhouse entrepreneur, speaker, and leader in the insurance and financial services industry. As a licensed professional in life, health, and retirement planning, and a certified National Social Security Advisor (NSSA®) and notary, Leslie is passionate about helping individuals and families create lasting financial security. She has a special heart for federal employees, veterans, and retirees, ensuring they understand and maximize their benefits.

Leslie’s expertise and leadership have led her to the stage at the prestigious 8% Nation Conference, where she has been invited to speak multiple times, inspiring agents nationwide with her story of perseverance, growth, and service.

She is a proud graduate of Old Dominion University (2014) with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a minor in Exercise Science, and of the Ascension Leadership Academy (Austin, TX, 2024), where she honed her leadership skills and led initiatives that raised over $100,000 for a local nonprofit and funded a community van.

Beyond her agency, Leslie runs a successful Airbnb business, reflecting her entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to building multiple avenues of impact. She is a proud member of the Christian Chamber of Commerce and the Virginia Beach Women’s Republican Club, and for the past five years has served on her church’s Special Needs Team alongside her friend Wilfredo, helping create a welcoming and supportive environment for all.
