Leslie D. Scofield is a powerhouse entrepreneur, speaker, and leader in the insurance and financial services industry. In 2016, she founded her own agency with a vision to serve families with integrity and education. What began as a small business has since grown into a thriving organization of 100+ agents serving clients across 30+ states.

As a licensed professional in life, health, and retirement planning, and a certified National Social Security Advisor (NSSA®) and notary, Leslie is passionate about helping individuals and families create lasting financial security. She has a special heart for federal employees, veterans, and retirees, ensuring they understand and maximize their benefits.

Leslie's expertise and leadership have led her to the stage at the prestigious 8% Nation Conference, where she has been invited to speak multiple times, inspiring agents nationwide with her story of perseverance, growth, and service.

She is a proud graduate of Old Dominion University (2014) with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a minor in Exercise Science, and of the Ascension Leadership Academy (Austin, TX, 2024), where she honed her leadership skills and led initiatives that raised over $100,000 for a local nonprofit and funded a community van.

Beyond her agency, Leslie runs a successful Airbnb business, reflecting her entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to building multiple avenues of impact. She is a proud member of the Christian Chamber of Commerce and for the past five years has served on her church's Special Needs Team alongside her friend Wilfredo, helping create a welcoming and supportive environment for all.

At the core of everything she does is her greatest role — being a devoted mother to her son — and living out her values of faith, family, freedom, and service.
